Our facilities are located in the heart of Santander. On the corner between Isabel II y Castilla streets. Please visit us. The company was created in 1990 and we are a Real Estate Agency since 1992 with 18 years of experience.

Our first office in Santander was located in Paseo Pereda 35. As we grew, we moved to Méndez Núñez, right in the centre of the city. In 2004, and due to an important increase of our business, we moved to our present location.

Before we were LfCantabria.com, we belonged to a franchise named Look &Find. We were one of the first Real Estate Agencies to work on line in Santander and in Spain. We have dedicated much effort to build the company so it meets all the expectations of our clients.

At present, we belong to Afilia, an association formed by the most important Real Estate Agencies in Cantabria and created to share the properties taken up by all the members.

Our objective is to ease the work among the 37 members of the association. This maximises the exposure of your property since it is offered by all the agencies at the same time thus increasing the possibilities of finding a buyer in less time.
